Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 01 June 2026 // Effective Immediately
Psyborg (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the cognitive psychometric evaluation platform used by defense coaching academies, independent psychologists, and individual aspirants. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, secure, and retain candidate assessment records and billing metadata.
1.0 Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to administer psychometric evaluations, segment cognitive projections, and maintain auditable evaluation timelines:
- Candidate Background & Profile Information: Name, registered email address, mobile number, unique student ID, cohort batch, and educational credentials provided during onboarding or PIQ compilation.
- Psychometric Assessment Responses: Handwritten answer sheets, segmented text entries, and typed response logs for the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), Word Association Test (WAT), and Situation Reaction Test (SRT).
- Evaluation Meta Logs: Assessor notes, dynamic score overrides, contradiction resolutions, standard deviations, and system-calculated trait signatures.
2.0 Processing Purpose & Logic
All ingested data is processed strictly to generate Officer-Like Quality (OLQ) signatures and ensure evaluation governance. Candidate responses are run through:
- Linguistic segmentation engines and transcription filters to analyze constructive actions.
- Cross-story consistency checks to flag contradictions.
- Anonymized aggregate pipelines for psychometric calibration.
3.0 Payment Information Handling
We partner with PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors (Razorpay) to collect and verify license key and seat credit payments.
- We do **not** store or collect raw credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or internet banking passwords on our servers.
- We only retain transaction metadata (Razorpay Order ID, Payment ID, Signature, payment timestamp, and transaction status) inside our secure payment ledger to provision quotas.
4.0 Data Retention & Integrity
We retain candidate records only as long as an active academy license exists or as requested by the independent psychologist controlling the roster. Historical dossier snapshots are archived under frozen schemas inside our database to ensure compliance logging and can be permanently purged upon written request from the account administrator.
5.0 Candidate & User Rights
Candidates and mentoring organizations retain full rights over their personal data, including the right to request access to their profile logs, request corrections of incorrect background entries, or request permanent deletion of completed attempt histories.
