1.0 Platform & Academy Usage

Organizations and coachings (collectively “Academies”) onboarding onto the platform are granted a non-transferable, revocable license to provision assessment seats to candidates assigned to their roster.

• Academies are solely responsible for verifying the identity of candidate profiles registered under their account.
• Seat quotas and purchase credits are managed inside the institutional bulk-seats panel and must be paid for in advance before student activation.

2.0 Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates accessing the assessment portals (TAT, WAT, SRT) must adhere to strict integrity guidelines:

• Authentic Submissions: Response text must represent the candidate's own cognitive efforts. The use of automated scripts, generative text models, copy-pasting premade answers, or text scrapers is strictly prohibited.
• OCR Quality: Uploaded handwritten sheets must be clear and legible. Distorted or unreadable image uploads may trigger automatic OCR confidence failure flags.

3.0 Intellectual Property Rights

All psychometric scoring logic, intent-detection algorithms, primary-secondary weighting filters, dynamic SD indicators, and PDF compilation systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Psyborg Systems. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, clone, or scrape any algorithm or dashboard telemetry view.

4.0 Account Suspension & Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any academy console or candidate portal without prior notice in the event of:

• Any attempt to disrupt, exploit, or bypass the platform security firewalls or API endpoints.
• Fraudulent transaction behavior, chargeback manipulation, or non-payment of bulk seat credit balances.
• Sharing login credentials, evaluator logins, or API keys across unauthorized organizations.

5.0 Limitation of Liability

Psyborg provides dynamic diagnostic psychometric evaluations calibrated to official Services Selection Board (SSB) parameters. Our reports are for training and mentoring purposes only. **Under no circumstances does Psyborg guarantee or represent selection outcomes, SSB board recommendations, or employment clearances.** We are not liable for any selection outcomes, training results, or subsequent career decisions based on platform diagnostics.
